Inspired by the radical nature of Scorsese’s The Big Shave, this short film dissects beauty as a "collective illusion" and a social prison. Within the confinement of an immaculate bathroom, the ritual of applying makeup progressively shifts into a frantic mutation where flesh disappears beneath a shell of clay. It is a sensory and metaphorical work that captures the suffocation of individual identity, transforming the quest for perfection into a silent cry forever frozen in time.

I’m a film student who dreams through my camera lens. After being inspired by a film that stayed with me, I decided to take on a big challenge: making my very first project with a team. I love cinema because it lets me share feelings and tell human stories simply, through pictures.
