Kintsugisée

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with urushi lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise (Wikipedia: The Free Encyclopedia). Kintsugisée, is the imaginary story applying the art of Kintsugi to the human being. Kintsugisée, is also the encoutner of 27 talented people from a diverse cultural, creative, and professional background. We wish the spectator to feel the same joy as ours.
