Margot demands validation—a number, a relentless "Do you think I’m beautiful?"—before Hannah can even answer. A stranger barges into their conversation with a backhanded compliment, as if intimacy were an open mic night. Margot wavers between craving a score and hating herself for asking. Hannah refuses the game: love isn’t a tally. Yet Margot persists, as if her worth hinges on the gaze of a guy who’ll forget her face by the end of his pineau. A film born of irritation: watching our insecurities turn into a spectacle, our bodies into playgrounds for unsolicited opinions.
