In pursuit of a ritualized and controlled form of introspection, a young woman tries to reach her unconscious, which she imagines smooth and shaped in the image of the beauty she strives for. She eventually discovers the raw, untamed beauty of her deeper self—one that does not match the ideal she wishes to embody. She is confronted with her essence: imperfect, and made of many layers.

biography

We traveled to India to create this short film in a traditional house in Kerala. Inspired by Asian cinema, we wanted to craft this film in a refined and mysterious style.
