Mr. Dellai consults a therapist to learn how to love himself despite his appearance. Through reassuring talk about inner beauty, he regains confidence — until personal growth turns into misplaced desire. When therapeutic language is turned against the one who used it, the glossy promises of self-help collapse. Later, Mr. Dellai chooses a more radical solution: cosmetic surgery. A dark comedy about the limits of positive discourse, the confusion between desire and consent, and the illusion that inner work can fix everything
