Lucas and Delphine are an ordinary couple, with one small difference: they are immortal. As they sit down for dinner, Lucas becomes fascinated by a revolutionary new app — Die Beautifully — which finally makes it possible to choose one’s own death, down to the smallest detail, while Delphine, more down-to-earth, tries to bring him back to much more practical concerns. With dark, offbeat humor, the film explores how, in the face of technology, human connection remains irreplaceable.

biography

As a primary school teacher, I have developed a parallel career as a screenwriter, writing television and film series in the Maghreb. I became known for combining education and filmmaking by involving pupils in the writing and production of web series on YouTube.
