LOST CONNECTION follows a woman absorbed by news and screens in a world and a constant flow of alarming signals. Anxiety slowly fills the space between her and the world around her. Surrounded by digital noise and blackout warnings, she drifts through a reality that feels unstable and overwhelming. When the noise finally fades, something opens up, allowing silence, presence, and a quiet rediscovery of the beauty that was always there.
My name is Nathalie Kohler. I am an actress based in Paris, a passionate cinephile, and deeply in love with cinema. LOST CONNECTION is my very first short film, created by me with the help of my family. Coming from acting, I approach filmmaking through emotion, rhythm, and attention to detail.
