A man dreams of making films and longs to tell a story through cinema. He has no resources, no crew, and no support, he is alone. As he walks through Paris, he thinks, writes, and slowly builds his project. At the same time, the outside world unfolds around him: life in motion, with its contrasts and imperfections, its shadows and moments of light. His journey eventually leads him to the Grand Rex, a historic and iconic cinema in Paris. Standing in front of it, he looks up at the façade and feels small, just like in front of his dreams, for which he continues to fight, without knowing the end.

My name is Robin Coupey. I am 31 years old. I was born in Paris but grew up in Toulouse, where I lived from childhood until the age of 25. Andthen moved to Australia, where I lived for five years. Cinema has been a passion and my dream as long as I can remember, for many personal reasons.
